LONDON-Rockspring Property Investment Managers has sold Hays House, a multi-tenant office building in Guildford, for approximately GBP 4.5 million to clients of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. The company has sold the office building, which comprises roughly 18,000 square feet of space, for Rockspring UK Value Fund LLP.
Rockspring purchased the building in 2011 and leased the entire first floor to MPX Ltd. and Compass Ltd. Montagu Evans represented Rockspring and Cushman and Wakefield represented Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers in the sale. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
