Bee Active Adventure Zone has signed a five-year lease for 23,000 square feet; Arcade Legacy has leased roughly 7,600 square feet; Extreme Baseball Academy has leased 4,400 square feet for three years; and Universal Fitness has leased 13,000 square feet for five years.
