PARIS-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has inked 96 lease deals totaling 1,883,684 square feet of space across its office portfolio in France in 2011. The company has recently pre-leased the entire 17 Avenue Matignon building in Paris to Hogan Lovells, an international law firm, on a long-term lease.
