CHICAGO-Chicago Title & Trust Co. is planning to move out from its longtime home, the 50-story building at 161 North Clark Street. The company is in negotiations to lease nearly 80,000 square feet in the 37-story tower at 10 S. LaSalle St.
Chicago Title currently occupies roughly 90,000 square feet of space at 161 N. Clark. The 776,139-square-foot LaSalle Street building, owned by a venture headed by New York-based Feil Organization, is 74% leased. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
