ARLINGTON, VA-CRDF Global has inked a 26,800-square-foot lease at Skanska USA Commercial Development's building at 1776 Wilson Blvd. in Rosslyn. The lease runs for 10 years. In the deal, Cresa Washington's Thomas Birnbach and Jonathan Harms represented the tenant, while Cassidy Turley's Avi Fisher, Spencer Stouffer and Michael Altman brokered for Skanska.
CRDF Global is the second tenant of the 140,000-square-foot property scheduled for completion in July 2012. The company will shift to the new location in late September 2012. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
