WICHITA, KS-Developer Dave Burk is planning to transform a structure at 404 E. Douglas in downtown Wichita into an apartment building. The Douglas building previously housed Player Piano Co. Inc.
Burk bought the building two years ago. He is aiming to convert the building into 40 apartments. The developer is expecting that the renovation will cost approximately $3 million to $3.5 million.
