EDINA, MN-Developers have proposed a new medical office building near Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina. The sketch plan for the new building will be reviewed by the Edina Planning Commission.
The 60,000-square-foot building, named the Edina Medical Plaza, will come up at 6500 France Ave. Luigi Bernardi and Stephen Michals are spearheading the medical office project. They have an option to purchase the property from Robert J. Milavetz. The developers are planning to break ground on the project after obtaining city approvals.
