NASHVILLE-A distribution warehouse situated in the Airport North submarket of Nashville has changed hands for $1.37 million. According to LoopNet and Davidson County property records, Spectrum Sound Inc. has purchased the 45,000-square-foot warehouse at 1040 Acorn Drive for approximately $30.55 per square foot.

J Partnership was the seller of the Acorn Drive building. Spectrum Sound, which currently occupies the building, acquired the property through Acorn Properties LLC. The distribution warehouse was last sold in 2000 for $1.54 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
