GAITHERSBURG, MD-JBG Rosenfeld Retail is all set to inking deals with three restaurants and a 40,000-square-foot gym at Downtown Crown, a mixed-use development located in Gaithersburg. Construction on the development is anticipated to be started in May 2012. JBG's principal, Krista Di Iaconi informed that the development will feature a 260,000-square-foot retail space. Di Iaconi anticipates the signing of the deals within the coming two months. The project's developer is SunBrook Partners.
