MILWAUKEE-The Milwaukee Water Council has completed the acquisition of an industrial building in Milwaukee with plans renovate and open the property as a Water Accelerator building. Water Accelerator LLC, an affiliate of Water Council, bought the industrial facility measuring 98,000 square feet at 223 W. Pittsburgh Ave. for $2.75 million.
The property was sold by the Ronald S. and Miriam J. Cohen Family Ltd. Partnership. Renovation work is expected to start this summer and the building will open in late spring 2013. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
