MINNEAPOLIS-Opus Development Corp. is planning for a second apartment project in downtown Minneapolis. The new multifamily project, called Velo, is expected to be constructed on a site at 103 Second St. N.

Opus has reached a contract to buy the land from Merit Printing. The company is expecting construct a 106-unit apartment project in the Warehouse District.
