LONDON-The London Thames Gateway Development Corporation has approved proposals for a GBP 45-million business center at Hackney Wick. The planning committee approved the development last week.
The Hackney Wick development will provide 64,583 square feet of affordable and flexible workspace. It will also include 130 residential units. The new business hub aims to expand creative industries at Hackney Wick. A developer will be sought for the project. For the full story, go to The Wharf .
