FREMONT, CA-Jones Lang LaSalle will market Solyndra LLC's $300-million headquarters and manufacturing plant in Fremont. Bankruptcy authorities have approved the appointment of Jones Lang to market the property, which sits on 30 acres of land.
The building comes with 31,000 square feet of office space. It has plans that could expand the property by more than 200,000 square feet. The facility is expected to fetch nearly $150 million.
