DALLAS-Stream Realty Partners LP promoted five of its Texas executives to the position of regional managers of their respective offices. The decision to expand Stream’s executive leadership and national footprint is in light of completion of more than 21 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions in 2011.
Those getting the move are Chris Jackson (Dallas); Kyle Valentine and Preston Young (Houston) and David Blackbird and Derek Land (Austin).
“It’s the natural next step that the company’s expansion come from the guys who have helped grow Stream to the success it is now,” said Lee Belland, co-founder of Stream Realty in a press release announcing the promotions and expansion. “They have the commitment, talent and drive to help Stream reach a national level.” Representatives from Stream were not immediately available for comment.
Stream grew its staff by 10 percent nationwide in the past year. In addition to Austin, Dallas and Houston, Stream has offices in San Antonio, Atlanta, GA and Orange County, CA.
