BALTIMORE-The former headquarters of Under Armour Inc. in Baltimore is now fully occupied. MLN Advertising has leased 4,380 square feet and Texas-based Telga Corp. has signed a lease for 3,880 square feet at 1600 Bush St.
Both tenants have inked five-year leases. With the two lease deals, the two-story building is 100% occupied. Under Armour relocated to Tide Point from 1600 Bush St. in 2002.
