GREENSBORO, NC-Two grocery-anchored retail centers totaling 354,000 square feet have changed hands in metropolitan Greensboro in two separate deals. CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has sold the two properties, namely Oak Hollow Square and Westridge Square, for a total amount of $40.4 million.

Fairway Investments paid $14.3 million for Oak Hollow Square and Kimco Realty Corp. paid $26.1 million for Westridge Square. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP helped secure buyers for the two retail properties. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
