KIRKWOOD, CA-Kirkwood Mountain Resort situated in Lake Tahoe will soon change hands. Broomfield, Colorado-based Vail Resorts Inc. has agreed purchase Kirkwood resort for $18 million.
The deal also involves land zoned for commercial and residential development around the base of Kirkwood Mountain Resort. The resort owners will retain 100% interest in the single family subdivisions in The Palisades and Martin Point and two upcoming developments at East Village and Timber Creek.
