KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Morgan Properties has acquired Abrams Run, an apartment complex consisting of 192 units at 90 Bill Smith Blvd. in King of Prussia, for an amount of $31.4 million. The company purchased the community in a joint venture with an undisclosed party.
The garden-style apartment complex comprises 48 single-bedroom and 144 double-bedroom units. Gambone Development Co. developed the multifamily property in 1996. The property is situated beside the King of Prussia Mall. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
