LONDON-Burberry has pre-leased the entire 1 Page Street property in London from Derwent London. The company will occupy the entire 127,000-square-foot building for 20 years.
Burberry will pay GBP 5.3 million per annum as rent for the 11-story building. Derwent London, which bought the Page Street building in March 2011, is expanding the floor space by 8% to 127,000 square feet. The estimated cost to finish the refurbishment is GBP 30 million.
