FRANKFURT-DHL, a logistics services provider, has extended its lease in Morfelden. The company has signed a lease for five years with PointPark Properties for 353,734 square feet of space at the Morfelden logistic park situated in the Frankfurt region.
The logistic center is a share of the Crescent Euro Industrial I fund. DHL occupies 87% of the facility, while the other 13% are leased to CWS-boco. The company also occupies 260,820 square feet at Dreieich. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
