OXFORD, MS-EdR has unveiled plans for a new collegiate housing community in Oxford, Mississippi. The Memphis-based REIT reached a contract with Landmark Properties to build, own and operate the 668-bed apartment complex that will come up near the University of Mississippi.
EdR will own 70% of the $36-million project, which will comprise 160 residential homes. Specific rental rates for the new apartments were not revealed. The project is expected to be completed in fall 2013. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
