TAMPA, FL-Girl Scouts of West Central Florida has acquired two floors of office space in Tampa for an amount of $2.15 million. The organization has bought a two-floor office condominium measuring 24,000 square feet at Eisenhower Blvd.
The property was sold by Spencer Farms Inc. In the transaction, Girl Scouts of West Central Florida Inc. was represented by Colliers International Tampa Bay's Jim Parker and Carol Warren, while Spencer Farms was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Mercedes Angell.
