APOPKA, FL-A planned mixed-use project in Apopka has reached sales block. An investment group headed by Jim Palmer is seeing a buyer for the $1-billion mixed-use development, named Kelly Park Crossings.

Paul Bouldin from the Tampa office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has been tapped to sell the project. The 900-acre project has approvals for a regional mall, housing, offices, a medical office space and hospital, a hotel, a $150-million Asian merchandise mart and a Valencia College campus.
