LOS GATOS, CA-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of multifamily property in Los Gatos. The firm has marketed the La Mar Apartments, a 103,000-square-foot complex, for over $11.3 million.
The seller of the property was not identified. The 48-unit complex is situated at 14930 Oka Road. The sale price equates to nearly $269 per square foot and $236,000 per unit.
