FLOWER MOUND, TX-Realty Capital has revealed initial plans for a mixed-use project overlooking Lake Grapevine. The plans are yet to be approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Flower Mound and the Town Council.
Plans for the 150-acre development include shops, entertainment venues, cafes and a boutique hotel along with villas that will be known as Lakeside Village.
