NASHVILLE-HP Nashville LLC has purchased a building at 301 Third Ave. S. in SoBro for $1.99 million with plans to construct a Hyatt Place hotel there. The building, which formerly housed Rock City Machine Co., is situated at the corner of Molloy Street and Third Avenue South.
Indiana-based White Lodging Services is planning to break ground on the 255-room hotel this year. Angela Agee, Caroline Terry, Ellen Deathridge, Gilbert Lovell, John Lovell and Robert Malloy were the seller. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
