MINNEAPOLIS-SPS Commerce Inc. has leased approximately 118,000 square feet of space in the Accenture Tower, a 620,000-square-foot office tower at 333 South Seventh St. in downtown Minneapolis. The deal will replace a sublease deal that the company earlier had with anchor tenant Accenture.
SPS will occupy 94,397 square feet in the building for its headquarters and has expansion plan for 23,000 square feet. California State Teachers' Retirement System is the owner of the Accenture Tower. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
