GLENVIEW, IL-Pulte Homes has finalized the acquisition of tract for the development of town homes at the Regency at The Glen in Glenview. The company, which will construct 149 homes at the land, is planning to make models for seeing by late April.
The homebuilder will build 109 town homes and 40 ranch villas in The Glen. The site was formerly occupied by the Glenview Naval Air Station. It is situated northwest of West Lake Avenue and Shermer Road. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune .
