ORMOND BEACH, FL-According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the Trails Shopping Center situated in Ormond Beach will be sold in a court-ordered foreclosure auction on March 9. The 15-acre retail center will be auctioned at the DeLand courthouse.
U.S. Bank's mortgage server CWCapital Asset Management filed a foreclosure suit against The Jaffe Corp. in November 2011. Jaffe surrendered control of the property in July 2011. The bank won a $31.57-million foreclosure judgment on February 2. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
