SEATTLE-Martin Selig has discarded his plans for an eight-story multifamily property adjacent to Olympic Sculpture Park in downtown Seattle. The Seattle developer is now planning to build a four-story office building on the site near the waterfront park.

The developer has owned the property, located at 3031 Western Avenue, for 30 years. Selig proposed the 64-unit apartment building, but he dropped that plan in order to build a shorter office building on the Western Avenue site. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
