SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A Scottsdale Waterfront parcel, which had been slated for a condo tower, will be turned into apartments. Phoenix-based Alliance Residential has acquired a 3.35-acre parcel situated south of the Nordstrom parking area at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall for $13.5 million.
The parcel was sold by Scottsdale Waterfront LLC, an alliance between Chicago-based Golub & Co. and Starwood Capital Group. Don Arones, Steven Nicoluzakis and David Fogler of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the sellers in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
