DURHAM, NC-An investment group headed by Adam Mills and Matthew Fritter has bought the Cambridge Village rental community situated near the junction of Holloway Street and North Miami Boulevard in east Durham for $3.8 million. American Residential Investment Management has bought the single-family property from Regent Partners of Atlanta.

The Cambridge Village property, developed in 1996, comprises 83 rental units. Derek DeHay and David Fournier from Apartment Realty Advisors were the listing brokers for the property. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
