ST. LOUIS-Capstone Development Group LLC will spend $20 million to purchase and rehabilitate the Plaza 50 building at 1531 Pine St. in downtown St. Louis. The Missouri Housing Development Commission awarded an annual $685,000 tax credit allotment for 10 years for the renovation of the building.

The Clayton-based company is expecting complete the purchase of the 13-story building by July 1 and will build a 149-unit senior housing there. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2014. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
