SEATTLE-Developer Holland Residential is planning to start construction on an apartment building in downtown Seattle. The site is located at Pine Street and Ninth Avenue.
The developer has signed an agreement to purchase the property from Security Properties of Seattle. The city approved the apartment tower in 2009.
