AURORA, CO-CBRE Group Inc. has closed the sale of a retail property in Aurora. The Pauls Corp. of Denver has sold Gateway Town Center, a shopping center measuring 100,464 square feet at 3471-3511 Salida Court near Tower Road and Interstate 70, for $17.025 million.
Studio City, California-based Tower Plaza 12 LLC was the buyer. The center was 100% leased at closing. Matt Henrichs and Brad Lyons of CBRE negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
