JACKSONVILLE, FL-Hallmark Partners Inc. is planning for an apartment and retail project at 220 Riverside Ave. in Brooklyn. The 220 Riverside project will comprise a seven-story building with 300 apartments and nearly 15,000 square feet of retail space.
