LANCASTER, CA-Kaiser Permanente is planning to construct a medical office building measuring 100,000 square feet at the junction of 5th Street West and West Avenue L in Lancaster. Kaiser Permanente Antelope Valley as well as HGA engineers and architects are currently making conceptual design for the building.
