PHILADELPHIA-Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of two properties in Collingdale, Pennsylvania and Claymont, Delaware. Creekside Plaza, a retail property measuring 10,030 square feet at 1207 McDade Blvd. in Collingdale, traded for $3.1 million, or over $300 per square foot.
