DENVER-Colorado Springs-based Niebur Development, an affiliate of Niebur Golf Inc., has purchased a 1.5-acre parcel near Lone Tree's Lincoln Light Rail Station with plans to develop a multifamily property there. The developer paid $1.5 million for the Lone Tree site.

The company has plans to construct a 102-unit apartment building with retail on the ground floor. Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer, and Luke Davidson of Collier International represented Great West Bank, the seller, in the deal.
