DAYTON, OH-The Soin International Building located at 33 W. First St. has reached the auction block. The six-story office building, which measures 90,000 square feet, is retained by 33 W. First Partners Limited.
Ohio Real Estate Auctions LLC will auction the 33 West First Street building as well as the parking lot at 21 to 29 W. First St. on March 29.
