ABERDEEN, MD-St. John Properties Inc. has started construction on a 75,000-square-foot structure at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The three-story building, which is part of the developer's Government and Technology Enterprise (GATE) project, is located at the military base in Harford County.
Once the GATE project gets completed, St. John will have 10 office and R&D buildings at the 416-acre site. The latest building is situated at 6190 Guardian Gateway and it has been modeled to achieve LEED Silver Certification. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
