MEMPHIS-Sullivan Branding has inked a 10,901-square-foot sublease with Extra Space Storage on the sixth floor of Toyota Center in Memphis. At present, Extra Space Storage has leased an 118,000-square-foot space at the eight-floor Class A office property until April 2015. The building owned by Parkway Properties Inc. has a 174,000-square-foot rentable space. The sublease space has been marketed by Chris Brown of Grubb & Ellis Memphis.
