ANTIOCH, TN-An apartment community situated near Hickory Hollow Mall has changed hands. Nashville-based Freeman Webb Investments Inc. has acquired the 140-unit Willow Pointe apartment complex at 601 Hickory Hollow Terrace in Antioch for $4.17 million.
