HOUSTON-Atlanta-based Wood Partners LLC has started construction on a new apartment community in the Westchase District in Houston. The $32.4-million, 256-unit apartment building is coming up beside the Woodlake Square shopping mall at 2630 Tanglewilde St.
The three-story complex will have studio, single- and double-bedroom apartments and it will be named Alta Woodlake Square. Common amenities in the building include an outdoor kitchen, a club room, a fitness center and a pool. Wood Partners is expecting to start leasing in March 2013.
