WAUKESHA, WI-Janesville-based Woodman's Food Market Inc. has purchased the former Waukesha facility of Spancrete Industries Inc. for $11.87 million. The company has plans to demolish the facility this spring and construct a new store there.
If demolition starts on schedule, the 239,000-square-foot store will open for business by late summer 2013. The Waukesha location is the third one for the company in the Milwaukee area.
