JACKSONVILLE, FL-Clifton, New Jersey-based ARC Properties Inc. has acquired the CVS drugstore situated at the corner of San Juan Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in Jacksonville for $8.3 million. The company purchased the 11,800-square-foot store, located at 4475 San Juan Ave., from CVS Caremark Corp.
The sale price equates to nearly $700 per square foot. The San Juan Avenue store was constructed in 2011. ARC Properties sold Best Buy Shopping Center, a 94,160-square property at 8151 Blanding Blvd., for $8 million in 2011. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
