BLOOMINGTON, MN-The Metropolitan Airports Commission and the city of Bloomington have recently purchased the headquarters of Interstate Cos. at 2601 American Blvd. near the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for an amount of $8 million. Interstate will continue to remain at the site as tenant till May 2017.
The deal included three parcels near Interstate's headquarters. The property was sold by Gordon Galarneau, the owner of Interstate, and Rinda Galarneau, Gordon's former wife. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
