WASHINGTON, DC-CBRE Capital Markets has secured $181 million in financing for Sentinel Square, an office project in Washington, DC. The company has arranged the financing for the first two phases of the 1.3-million-square-foot development.

The two loans were arranged for 90 K Street NE and 1050 First Street NE. Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale provided the two loans.
