PHILADELPHIA-Chicago's John Buck Co. and the INDURE Fund (the IBEW-NECA Diversified Underwritten Real Estate Fund) will officially start work on a new $100-million multifamily property in Center City on Thursday. The developers will demolish the Sidney Hillman Medical Center and build the 33-story apartment complex at 2116 Chestnut St.

The 360,000-square-foot complex will contain 319 apartments, 130 parking spaces and a retail space measuring 9,150 square feet on Chestnut Street. Construction is expected to be completed by Q2 2013. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
