NEW YORK CITY-Enterproid Inc. has inked a 10,000-square-foot lease at 56 W. 22nd Street for three years. Asking rent for the lease was $34 per square foot. Enterproid will occupy the whole 9th and 10th floors of the 12-story building. Fifty Six Realty Corp. is the owner of the 60,000-square-foot property located between 5th and 6th avenues.
